Stacy Winchell

Stacy Winchell has called Old Lyme home for 30 years and you can find her dining in and around the CT River Valley.  For over 20 years, she has been employed as a personal injury paralegal, but her real joy comes from kitchen.  Finding inspiration from chefs, events, occasions and travel, Stacy has cooked up tasty treats  for her friends and family for years.  With her love for the classic cocktail party and frequent requests for recipes, Stacy began offering her services as a party and home cook concierge and launched Hosting Simply in June 2017.  Her loyal taste testers (husband, Casey, and daughter, Paige) are always at the ready - fork in hand.
