Lover of the outdoors and firm believer of environmental education at the earliest of stages, Jen has a passion for getting youngsters away from "screens" and comfortable exploring the area trails!

Jen (Gannon) Malaguti is the Director of Bushy Hill Nature Center. She holds a BA in Developmental Psychology, an AS in Chemical Dependency, and an M.Ed in Curriculum and Instruction, K-8 from Keene State College. Jen has her CT teaching certification in grades 1-6. Her love for nature and the world around her was supported and enriched through her years at Bushy Hill. She began as a camper at the age of 6, spending a month every summer enjoying the Bushy Hill experience. As a teen, she volunteered as a counselor's assistant and worked for six summers as a camp counselor until she moved to New Hampshire to begin her teaching career. She taught in the public elementary classroom for 8 years and was a Semi-Finalist for the 2011 NH Teacher of the Year Award. She has also worked at Nature's Classroom, has been a private swim instructor, coached swim teams, and has worked as a liaison between families in crisis and community supports.
